Black truck regularly ignores the stop sign at S 21st

On the morning of February 26th at around 7:18 AM, a black pickup truck (plate WI RJ8688) was spotted completely rolling through the stop sign at S 21st and W Barnard Ave. This seems to be a regular occurance as it's been reported that this driver has consistently blown this stop sign on their way to S 20th in the morning. Please be aware and consider reporting this kind of behavior to your local non-emergency police line.
