Black Ford F-150 driver stalks neighbor after being called out for blowing stop signs

On the morning of May 12th, a black Ford F-150 (plate WI TN2405) blew through a stop sign in the neighborhood. After a neighbor on the sidewalk shook their head at the driver's behavior, the driver responded by throwing the truck into reverse — with traffic behind them — just to initiate a confrontation. The harassment didn't end there: the driver then circled the neighborhood repeatedly, driving down various blocks to track down and intimidate the person who had called out their dangerous driving.

What started as a routine stop sign violation escalated into reverse-against-traffic and a prolonged campaign of harassment, with the truck reappearing block after block. Running stop signs in a neighborhood with children, pedestrians, and dog walkers is dangerous enough on its own; reversing into oncoming traffic and stalking a neighbor over a head-shake is something else entirely.
